Thank you for the screenshot!
There’s a thread on Steam mentioning that the game doesn’t run on certain Proton versions on Steam Deck:

https://steamcommunity.com/app/2721890/discussions/0/594025265594630563/

We’re currently investigating the issue, but since it may be related to the game engine I’m using, there’s a chance it might not be fully fixable.
Thank you for your understanding.

Thanks for the report!

Could you let us know which model of Steam Deck you're using, as well as the version of Proton? That would help us investigate the issue

thank you!

It's a bit hard to notice, but there is a key config option available.

I studied a lot of different games! You can find the ones I referenced listed in the in-game credits!

Thank you for the report!

This is actually intended behavior.
The player cannot place a bomb without their body. After detonating a bomb, there is a short cooldown (a few dozen frames) before the body returns.
So during that time, placing another bomb will appear delayed, and it won’t cause a jump either.

If the player could place a bomb immediately after exploding, it would allow for unintended flying, so this system was put in place to prevent that.

That said, if we come up with a better solution, we may consider changing it in the future.

We're currently working on a full paid version for Steam, so stay tuned!

Yeah, that’s totally okay!

If you’re able to credit me somewhere, I’d really appreciate it.

Thanks so much for always playing and streaming my demos early on!
Your reactions always bring me so much motivation and joy. <3

Thanks so much for your interest!
I'm really glad to hear you'd like to play it on Mac, but unfortunately there's no Mac release planned at the moment—sorry about that!

Thanks! The bugs are fixed in the latest update—hope you give it another try!

You should be able to proceed by pressing the keys shown on screen.

From the screenshot, using WASD and right-click should let you move forward.
Does it still not work

Thank you for the video! Got it — this is an unintended bug.

Thanks for letting me know!
Could you tell me a bit more?
Does it happen when you die right as the pause menu ends?

You should be able to proceed by clicking.

If it doesn’t work, could you please send us a screenshot?

The Discord server is currently under preparation.

Thank you very much for the detailed report! That’s really helpful.

And don’t worry — your English is totally fine! I’ll do my best to understand using ChatGPT, so feel free to write in whichever language is easier for you, even Japanese.

The full version will be released on Windows only, at least for now.

Thanks for the report!
I'm the developer.
If you don’t mind, could you let me know what kind of situation the bug occurred in?
It would really help with reproducing the issue.

thanks!

ありがとうございます!

Thank you for the feedback!
We're planning to add key controls as a default option in the full release.

thanks!

I’ve fixed the issue immediately.

thanks!

So happy to hear you're enjoying it!
Big thanks for the report — it's fixed now!

Thank you for the report!
I’ve fixed the issue immediately.

Thank you, everyone.
I am the developer of ElecHead.
I have read all the topics as best I can.
Sorry for not being able to reply.
I was happy with all the topics and messages.
Thank you very much.

Excuse me for the English translation.

Hi! Thank you for playing the game.
As for monetization on streaming sites, I'm hoping it's not gameplay streaming.
Personally, I don't think ElecHead is a good match for gameplay streaming.
If you watch gameplay streaming, you might end up enjoying watching more than playing.
Also, even if you buy ElecHead after watching the gameplay streaming, I feel that you will lose the initial inspiration and surprise of the experience.
I think it would be very ideal for the game to spread by word of mouth and light game trailers if possible.
On the other hand, it is totally OK to talk about game design or review games.
In that case, I'd appreciate it if you could avoid telling me the answers to puzzles, etc. as much as possible.
