Is there an option to choose an MC with short hair in the full game, or is that gonna be a no; just wondering :)

Title, if they made a sequel i'd be down for it (super random I know) but he is always super worried/protective of MC and its cute
I dont know if this will get anywhere just seems like he is pretty sweet to the MC and what felt like more interaction than some of the other NPCs was this originally intended?
