Thanks for playing! Red circles show up when the newly created circle overlaps with the previously drawn circle. This means you can't stay at one place the whole 48 seconds. Sometimes it seems a circle doesn't get evaluated, that's because the whole painting gets evaluated. So, the key is to wait till the drawn dots move away before drawing again in combination with a good timing.
Thank you for your feedback! I planned to build bumpers on the field, so the player will get "pinballed" while making a too small or too big circle and AI which drives around and hinders you, but had to consider taking a smaller scope due to the deadline :). About AnhaCore Engine, it is my own in-house game engine written in TypeScript.
