I wish you the Best of luck, ive been diagnosed with ADD all my life (and now learning ASD may be a possibility) cant say it gets easier but through trial and error you start to learn ways to mitigate certain symptoms. (bright side is you basically can be a jack of all traits if you are focused hard enough 馃槀)
