Trying to download something I recently purchased, but I get this error? I exported my cookies to the correct folder...

I barely understand how to use this please make it idiot proof? ;-;

The file "jav-it_gui" is pink and glitchy. Trying to choose the "Folder Name Format" option does not work. I literally cannot click the botton or type in the field.
