Can you choose every holiday you want or a specific holiday? Can you use stranger holidays (Dia de lo Muertos etc...)

I recreated the scene luckly everything was solved in 10 minutes i just needed to recreate the map and assign script to the recreated objects
Basically the scene is corrupted and everything there is in the scene (MainCamera etc...) disappear. Trust me if you don't use github desktop
really well, but 10 min ago I opened my project and my scene was corrupted :( It is the first time I don't use git
As always my luck left me with a corrupted scene and so i need to reset the animators assing scripts and everything else
PS: this is the first time that I don't use github
