Thanks! The hitbox issue was the result of a last minute fix we had to do because for some odd reason mouse raycasting wouldn't work in builds, so we just replaced the mesh colliders with box colliders and that seemed to work.

I love this sooooooo much! Well done and amazing!

I loved this game so much!! My mouse's DPI was already set to a high number so the fast moving cursor really caught me by surprise. Music is lovely and it's impressive that such a simple game concept proved to be this much fun :)

Lovely game and I had loads of fun watching the little crabs crash into one another for my entertainment. The only issue I found is that sometimes the crabs find ways to go past the borders of the track and land on another part of it, either giving them a extra boost or just flat out making them restart the race. Again, it was a really solid game that was fun from beginning to end :)

An very fun game with easy to use controls and some really awesome powerups (rocket launchers were my favorite one)

This is probably the most clever take on the keyboard control aspect of this jam

The music was really good! The only thing I would change would be to lower the stun duration, especially at the beginning

Thanks for the feedback!

I guess our verb would be "click." In our game you click to the beat, and you can play it in the browser: https://matt-and-rajiv.itch.io/bassline.

Love it!

That's a great idea that I wish we had the time to implement during the 48 hours. Thanks for the input!

Yeah we had some issues with taking the music and making beats. Thanks for your input though!

Thanks for the advice!

We made a rhythm game too! I'll be sure to check yours out.

Here's ours: https://matt-and-rajiv.itch.io/bassline

We made a rhythm game called Baseline. There's six songs to choose from but there's only one input. I recommend you try the song "8-Bit Heaven," it's my personal favorite.

Noted, thanks for your input!

We made a 3D rhythm game: https://matt-and-rajiv.itch.io/bassline

Great graphics/animation!

Oops, I didn't check the game's page. I just downloaded it straight away.

Graphics are great, concept is great, but controls aren't clear.

Love the concept!

A friend and I decided to participate in our first ever game jam, the GMTK 2019 game jam with the theme only one.

Bassline is a rhythm game we made in 48 hours where you click to the beat, but there's only one input. No confusing arrows everywhere. The objective is to click on time with the beat for a higher score. The better your timing, the higher your score will be.

If you're interested and want to check it out, here's a link to the game: https://matt-and-rajiv.itch.io/bassline
