plus with USD it's like $7 so usually more careful when buying USD is there something that can be done or do I need to repurchase?

If I buy the game do you need to permit access for me to download it or can I just start playing because it's been 8 days since I purchased and still nothing is happening

bought the game but still can't find it in my purchases is it emailed or is there something else that might be going on like some kind of error
