A quick note to anyone that wants to schmoove in this game, there is a strategy for getting slide speed much more consistently by pressing crouch and jump at the exact same time then holding crouch through the jump you can get crouch jump speed with much much less risk of being stopped. This will be included in the guide I'm writing over at https://www.speedrun.com/furry_apocalypse

Just beat the speedrun WR for this game(patch 2) with a time of 6m 37s(posted below) and i think a run of 6 minutes or even less is possible, but it took me over 120 attempts to even get this run due to random losses of momentum and dead stops midair killing at least a hundred runs. Does anyone know the cause of the random stopping so that I can at least put in place a strategy to reduce the amount of times it happens? I think this has REALLY great potential as a speed game but it's very frustrating to run in the current state.
