Lona RPG (https://eccma417.itch.io/lonarpg) it's really good although it is 30usd and a little darker.

Life with tribe (https://chimerazak.itch.io/life-with-the-tribe) it's alright and has some flat chested characters and is 4usd right now 

Itch is really limited to find games based on certain property's like that because its not set up for it. Maybe try looking into other sites. Try f95 zone or a website specifically set up for finding and posting h-games.

Yo so ive been playing the game and the new release is out im trying to move to it but I dont have a save file yet all my data is saved in the game so what else could it be called.
