If I check the obelisk, should I see when I meet Faylen?

Hmm nope, still nothing. I talked to everyone I could. Maybe I have to do something with Selena,

I only get "experience more event first" nothing more. When I go to the elven enclave,  elf guard keep rejecting me "only elves are allowed"

I have a problem with Faylen and Candy. I can't trigger the event to meet the Faylen. I reached 5lvl as Candy, also made 10.9 relation with Nel. I don't know what I am missing maybe I did not trigger her events in the elven eleth enclave. I play on 67.009 version I think
