Reduces energy recharge by 0.9 seconds, making you recharge energy almost instantly. To get truly instant energy recharge, you would also need to additionally install Element-23 Alternator

There is no "best mod", AI and EoP have very different playstile. EoP for grindy hardcore gameplay, AI for more vanilla expirience
