I had to completely remove every trace of the game and reinstall to fix that with the latest version

The fatal error still exists after the Update #1.

Also, I updated to the latest build of windows (Build 20211) and nvidia (452.06) and the same error persists. 

Done.  It causes a hard reboot too.

Error corrupted game when fast travel attempted.  Same error on initial exp version and updated version as well as manual install.  (downloaded hash matches)

• Go to HDX/Content/Paks, right click on HDX-WindowsNoEditor.pak and choose Properties, what is its Size and Size On Disk?
  • Size: 2.92 GB (3,139,666,277 bytes)
  • SizeOD: 2.92 GB (3,139,670,016 bytes)
• What did you do just before the crash?
  • Attempt to fast travel (to anywhere)
• Go to C:\Users[your user name]\AppData\Local\HDX\Crashes and please send the most recent directory's contents.
