It was a little bit of both initially in our thinking process, alongside additional expressions. We tried to keep it somewhat ambiguous, but also still show some sort of sign of if the item was dangerous, or worried about destroying an innocent item.

About the timer, it was actually intentional to stop it while waiting for baggage, so it's used for decision-making on each package. And the timer actually does increase slightly per correct guess and decrease per incorrect guess. Given more time, we would have implemented more visual cues with the inspector's face including more animation, along with other indicators about guessing good or bad.

Thanks for giving our game a try!
