Did some Research and found it
songs name is "WEXECUTED" and its from a friday night funkin mod called "WEGA WEXECUTION"
the version used in this game is the instrumental, heres a link to the mod's gamebanana

there doesn't seem to be any uploads of just the song floating around anymore but heres a playthrough of the mod
EDIT: came back 6 months later cause i found this upload of the instrumental, which is whats actually used by the game
