Hey I tried posting on the forum and they still didn't respond to any of my tickets after almost 3 weeks and my payouts been pending for 32 days, I'm sure they're on labor day break right now and I'm sure they very much deserve the break since I bet it's overwhelming to deal with the payouts but this is honestly just getting frustrating to wait for man, Is there any other ways of contactin them? Idk what to do atp since I needa pay stuff irl

Is it normal to be waiting 20 days for a payment? My last payment took 13 days which was reasonable but why's this one taking 20 days? My 13 day one's amount I withdrawed was more than this 20 day one so why is it taking 3 weeks.. I made 2 support tickets and they didn't get a single response in 5 or so days.. Is this normal??
