Compensation:

RevShare

Lead Programmer – 20%

Network Programmer – 17%

Character Artist – 10%

Environment Artist – 11%

Animator – 10%

UI/UX Designer – 10%

Sound/VFX Artist – 8%

Game Director – 14%

Total = 100%


Responsibilities:


Collaborate with a coordinated indie team


Deliver your part of the playable prototype


Participate in weekly sync meetings


Communicate progress and blockers


Implement features based on the GDD


Help shape gameplay decisions in your expertise area


Work with a friendly but structured team environment



Project Description:

Dungeon Master: Trials of the Depths is a mobile asymmetric PvPvE dungeon crawler.


1 player becomes the Dungeon Master controlling traps, cameras, monsters, and dungeon events.


2–8 players are Adventurers exploring a procedurally generated dungeon, fighting monsters, looting items, and negotiating or betraying each other.


Mixes Brawl Stars combat, FNaF camera system, and Dead by Daylight asymmetry.


Includes social mechanics like secret contracts, alliances, betrayal, and final-room treasure splitting.


Fully documented: GDD, pitch deck, class kits, DM roles, dungeon system, UI/UX plan, progression, and monetization model.



Goal: Build a polished prototype, pitch to publishers, and continue as a long-term indie team.
