If the transaction failed, and you got a charge on your card, either try asking for a refund, or scroll all the way up and check if you have something like this:
(I mean the "You own this game" text at grey line at the top) and if you dont have that, then i cant really help you cuz my transaction went through with no problem. Or you can just try to buy the game on steam beacuse it releases there soon...
