At what point are you having a problem opening it? I can probably help you figure it out, since i got it open fine. if it's getting the .rar file open, you're gonna need WinRar to extract it. If it's the problem with the "VL Gothic" font, you need to go into the font folder in the game files and right click and hit "install" on both "Vl gothic" fonts.

oh nvm, it was just google chrome causing it to fail, it downloaded fine when i used a different browser 

Hey I think the download is broken, it keeps failing to download, and the one time i did get it to finish, the file was completely empty.
