Hello how do you get the tough boards and what do you use to gift to the monsters you catch?

I just pre-orderd the game for $60.00 USD  to get the beta access and the fanbook but I can't download them is it because they aren't out yet or is it a bug? If it is a bug It might have to do with the fact that I live in Sweden but it didn't happen when i bought seiyuu danshi.
