Hi! I'm Holland. I'm a composer specializing in fantasy, orchestral, and piano music.
Having a great soundtrack will elevate the emotional impact of your project and turn great moments into memorable ones.
To do that, you will need someone who understands your vision and can help tell your story through music.
I’ll work with you to create original music that works perfectly for your project and help turn your vision into reality; a finished project that you feel proud of and that you and your fans will enjoy.
All music is virtual/MIDI/electronic realizations. I can create loops and provide any requested audio format you need (wav, MP3, OGG, etc.). If you want live musicians for some or all of your score, please let me know.
- Note: In most circumstances, hiring live musicians will cost additional fees and may extend time-frames depending on musicians’ recording rates and availability.
- Rates are flexible, and I am happy to find something that works for your budget.
Revisions: If I could, I would write the perfect piece for every scenario the first time, every time! But projects change and evolve and sometimes things don’t work — and that’s OK! If something doesn’t work, I’ll make it right.
Licensing: You will get a perpetual, exclusive license to use the music in your project as well as in any promotions or advertising you do for that project.
An exclusive license means that the music I create will belong to only you in terms of usage rights.
That means I won’t use the music I write for your project for other projects. They are uniquely yours in almost every sense of the word. The only exception is resale. You have the license to use the music in your project but you can not resell it.
Unless otherwise specified, an exclusive license means:
- You have exclusive usage rights of the music for the current project only.
- Any DLC or future games you would like to reuse the music in will need to be charged separately.
- You can not sell a soundtrack. The composer holds the right to release and sell a soundtrack.
I retain the rights to the music I create. Transferring all ownership of rights is much more costly than the rates I currently offer, and by retaining the rights to my music, I can collect royalties or earnings that my rates do not account for (soundtrack sales, live performances, etc.).
