This is great. No issues with input delay or loading here. maybe try running the game on an SSD? Did notice one thing though, I believe the rate of 'health' draining is tied to framerate - it seems to run Vsync'd by default and after setting my monitor to 60hz instead of 165hz it was a lot easier and i was sitting at maximum health for rounds 7-10 or so instead of nearly dying.
