I really enjoyed the game, as far as I was able to play, the old Wolfenstien feel made me love it from the first moment. However Like Voxel said I was also unable to deal any sort of damage to the boss at all. Both Fists and Rifle did nothing, nor did his model/sprite changed like you trained us to expect.
