I did it on the screenshot you just drag and drop the .rar file and then click extract all, A folder should get made from the .rar file once it is made you should delete the .rar file to save space and keep the folder for the game to run

To anyone whos game doesnt work the file is a .rar file which means you need to get winzip to unzip the rar file into a folder drag the .rar file in the empty zip file blank and it will unzip to a folder
