She always declines to kiss or show her tongue, so I thought that wasn't an option. I'll give it another go, do I need to do more night actions to get a kiss?

Hey, I really enjoy the scenarios in this game, but I have a problem where I consistently get blocked off of Mikasa's route every single time I try to pursue it. I get stopped at giving her headpats and asking her to smile, each and every time with only two hearts filled in. Is there a reason for this? Every other girl's story is fully playable for me. 
Should I not be beating her in the spars during the mornings? What's causing this?
