i have a question, where do you put the save files in a newer version of the game?

I have a question, well, several, but they all come to one point, progression, like, is there a way to get into the upper Ark sity? A way to get to the cemetary/mansion in Trancylvania? The science lab in the Ark sity, or the desert? Is it me being stupid, or is it still in development?
