I was submitting my game but missed the deadline by one second. What can I do?

It's a good game. I think if you could get more than one upgrade per death and also add more types of enemies, it would be even better.

I really dig the aesthetics and think the use of the limitation is really smart. The movement is quite polished. One of the best in the Jam. Too bad it runs a bit slow on my PC.

I like the use of limitation. The graphics may not appeal to everyone, but I personally like the simple style. As some have pointed out, the gameplay can get a bit repetitive, but for a game jam entry, I think it's okay.

Thanks for playing! Also thank you very much for your feedback, I really appreciate it. I'll work on improving the controls for the next version, stay tuned!

Hey! Thank you for your feedback, I'll definitely take it into account. I want to keep developing this game for a while, so many things will be changing. Thank you again for the time you have dedicated to playing my game and leaving your review, it really helps me a lot.

Nice game! I like the level design. The art is cool, and the music fits well. The sound effects are really satisfying to me.

It's a bit random. As LeslieLlama has already mentioned below, the pattern followed by the grey dots is not very clear, but was  fun.

Hey! thanks! I'm really happy to read this :)

I have always loved minimalist games. Was simple and fun. Good game.

Love it! I have nothing but good things to say about this game. It's really fun, has nice art, and the music fits perfectly. Also it reminds me of my childhood when I used to play Miragine War with my brother. Good times. Extra point for the nostalgia haha

Hi, i'm gonna  check it.
Here's mine.:  https://itch.io/jam/mini-jam-131-solar/rate/2045701#post-7722584

Thanks! Yeah hehe maybe you're right about the checkpoints. I want to make it a bit more challenging before doing that.

It may not be the most entertaining game (at least in my opinion), but I think it has a pretty original concept. It has a good feel and a nice aesthetic. The music, although repetitive, blends very well with the planets spinning. I have finished it. Well done!

Holy s*** you can go fast! I love the aesthetic. The filter you use fits perfectly. There comes a point where you go so fast that it becomes unplayable, but despite that, it's still quite enjoyable to see how fast you can go. Great Job!

A simple and original concept. I like the aesthetic. The music fits the game very well. Also love how the dead flowers remain, it's very satisfying.

Technically, there's no rule that says you can't use Chat GPT to help create your game, but it's unlikely that anyone would be able to tell if you did. Ultimately, it's up to you to decide what tools and resources you want to use to create your game. Good luck with your project!

I found the first few levels to be quite easy, maybe a bit too much. However, as the game progressed, the difficulty gradually increased (at least a little) and I enjoyed the challenge. Adding more levels with a slightly higher difficulty would make this game even more enjoyable. Overall, well done!

I don't have much time to write this review. I'll just say that it was a fun and challenging game, well done!

Thank you very much for your review!!! I will take it into account. I think I'll add some kind of visual cue to indicate where the force of gravity starts.

Thank you again for playing my game and taking the time to write a review, it means a lot to me! :)

Good game. I like the convenience of playing just using the mouse. I think that alone is enough for me to give you my vote :3

I think I fixed the text problem now (Just in the Web version at the moment). At least it's a bit more readable now.

The controls are a bit weird and I'm not sure if the music fits the game, but despite that, I found the game quite fun and unique. I like that you can grab whatever you want, even the moon haha.

Hey, thanks for playing! I really appreciate your comments. I'm happy to know that you enjoyed the game. I'll be adding more enemies and power-ups in the next version of the game, so keep an eye out for it if you're interested. Thanks again! :)

Hey there! Thank you so much for playing the game and sharing your thoughts. I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed the game and found it easy to figure out despite the scanlines. I'm already working on correcting these issues in the next version of the game. Thanks again for playing and providing feedback, I really appreciate it!

Hi! Thanks for playing! Hehe yeah I need to fix that as soon as possible. I'm glad to know that you liked it despite that. Thank you very much for your feedback.

Overall, I found the game to be quite entertaining. The mechanics are engaging and enjoyable. However, I think the game could benefit from some improvements, such as the ability to move more freely with WASD or arrow keys (or wathever you want), rather than feeling limited in movement. Additionally, it might be helpful to strategically arrange the oxygen tanks to add an extra layer of strategy to the gameplay. Despite these minor critiques, I think is a pretty fun game.

I spent more time on this game than I'd like to admit. I managed to get to 300, which was the most I could achieve. It's quite fun and addictive, a bit frustrating at first, but as you become sharper with your moves, it becomes almost hypnotic and consumes your life, to the point where you don't want to go out or see the people you love. You forget who you are and what you were doing on this earthly plane. Or maybe it's just 6:30 am and I haven't slept?

You didn't past the menu?  What went wrong?  :0

Maybe i do a tutorial in a later version.

Hi! Thanks for playing my game and for the feedback! I'm glad you liked the glitchy style and found the controls easy to use. I will correct what you mention in the next version. Thanks again for your time :)

Things I liked:

I liked the idea, starting with the mini-game of memorizing the ingredients to list them out (I like that you can continue playing even if you don't write anything down, that's immersive :D).

I find the platforming part interesting. Having to plan where to go with the jetpack to reach the ingredients is satisfying.

Things that could be improved:

I think the performance could be optimized. My PC is not the most powerful, but I couldn't play it at a stable 30 fps, and the 3D models don't seem to have many polygons, so something needs to be checked there.

I also feel that you could add a few more power-ups to make it more dynamic, like something that launches you upward or something like that.

Maybe add an enemy or two.

Also, be clearer about what you're supposed to do. I don't remember being told that I couldn't pick up too many ingredients.

Overall, I think it's a fun game to sit back and relax with for a while, while enjoying the beautiful ambient music and calmly looking for ingredients.

This is my submission: https://itch.io/jam/mini-jam-130-lunar/rate/2021518  If you wanna play it in browser check the link to the GX.Games version on the "More information" tab, but it only works in Opera. Also you can download the Windows version (mac version coming soon).  Gonna check your game :)
