Alright, guys, now that the voting period is over, let's talk game performance and self-reflection. How did your game do? Are you feeling stoked or bummed? Share your experiences, mistakes, and advice, my dudes! As for me, the main lesson I learned is that prioritizing a web version of the game is key over a downloadable version. The web is where the real action happens, so make it your top priority, bros! Let's share our stories, learn from our mishaps, and help each other level up in this wild game dev journey! 🎮🔥

Thats a really good point! I will change the sound effect (and maybe add some visual effects?) to notify player that you are not supposed to eat blue files. Thank you for the feedback, I worked really hard on the art-style of the game as I tried to do something new to me, I'm glad it worked out well! ☺️
Great game! I like the style, it looks adorable! And I appreciate the idea that when you die - enemy is pushed back instead of you being respawned at start, definitely helps with the flow. And also I dont think I ever seen such a mechanic of you playing as a ghost who can pass through walls, but your enemies cant! Great game!😁
I am very glad to hear that killing viruses was satisfying, as it is what I was going for! The slowing down is caused by the increasing amount of miners installed by some viruses, but I agree that the way I implemented it may be too harsh. I am thinking about making a miner-meter in the corner of the screen and also making slowing down less extreme.
Thank you for your reply! I appreciate it!😊
Yeah, I didn't have enough time to explain to player how to play my game. I wanted to make a tutorial level which would explain everything, but 10 minutes wasn't enough. About ambience... I forgor💀. The coding part and trying to make everything work with each other made my brain melt. But thank you for the reply!😃
(I will probably update the game after the game jam is over)
EZ first place (2000 points), but there seems to be a cap on how many sheep you can get into the pen (3-4 sheep). Here's why:
There is that one sheep (THE sheep) that stands in a corner of the map and every time a wolf spawns - it goes towards that one sheep. When you move any sheep away from its spawning location - another one spawns at that exact same location, and in the case of THE sheep - the new one replaces the role of wolf attractor. And over time wolves spawn more frequently, meaning that no matter what you do - at a certain point you will only be able to scare wolves away from THE sheep with no time to get it to the pen.
BUT, there is still one thing you can do to get an infinite score:
Overall nice game, I spent in it more time than I am willing to admit.🙂
