Okay, I played all the way through without saving and loading, and it worked this time, so I guess that was the problem.

I can absolutely understand not including blood in any scenes, but have you considered letting the player set whether or not Chelsea is a virgin at the start of the game? Then, the first time she has sex, there could be a bit of dialogue from her, the person she's with, and/or her inner thoughts addressing it.
It seems like there are some events that never give perversion, though. It seems like almost every event that needs perversion to select won't give any perversion for doing it, which seems a little strange. And I can definitely understand wanting to remove grinding, but that kind of limits the order you can do stuff in. For example, the first mansion quest and the first mage quest have optional interactions that require 20 perversion. If you don't grind perversion by going to jail repeatedly, you're basically forced to do some Inquisition quests first.
I think the nurse stuff is really bugged. I got a good score from every single patient, but at the end, Morris said we had a low score. When Emma was recapping the day in her room, she mentioned that she refused to let a guy grope her and that she refused the boobjob, even though I let all of that happen.
There's two things I'm a bit confused about, and I'm not sure if they're intended or not.
1. When you trigger a scene that requires Perversion, (like giving a guard a blowjob to avoid jail) it doesn't increase your Perversion. Is this intentional? If it is, it seems like there's not many ways to raise Perversion in this game, which doesn't make sense considering the max in the menu is 10,000. The only repeatable way I've found so far to raise Perversion is going to jail.
2. If you grab the normal guards in the library in the first mage quest and "play" with them, after the scene completely finishes (doesn't matter if you keep your mouth closed or open it), it returns to the knock out/play choice. It continues like this until you choose to knock them out.
I noticed something that may or may not be a bug. When Kinsey is talking to you at the coffee shop, both "Can we just play cards?" and "Whatever you want" add 0 to her relationship score, while "Something simple?" adds 1. Is that supposed to happen? It seems strange that no option would add 2 to her score.
There's a bit of an issue regarding your character's last name. If you don't choose the first option with Mr. Connor, where you threaten to throw him out yourself, you don't get an option to input your last name. This means that a couple pages later, at the cafe, Amy refers to you as "Miss unknown" in the main text, and "Miss $surname" in the first option. And speaking of that first option with Mr. Connor, there's also a small error there:
Error: <<if>>: bad conditional expression in <<if>> clause: Unexpected token 'if'
<<if $job is "Lawyer", if $job is "R&D">> Despite not being a member of the security staff they all know that if you are around when something hits the fan it makes their job much easier as you are not afraid to get physical and are capable of laying out most people you meet if the need arises. This has earned you an unofficial position on the security team and many employees will ask you for help if they see you when something happens.<</if>>
There seems to be a minor bug with the BB transformation, specifically with the paper doll and your character's portrait in the menu. Your eyes don't change to either purple or red when they're supposed to, they just stay blue. Also, if you've changed your hair color at the salon, the transformation won't change your hair to purple like it's supposed to (though that might be intentional). I know the eyes at least used to properly change color, but that was several versions ago, back when there was no paper doll and the menu portrait was in a different art style.
For anyone wondering, which mentor you get seems to depend entirely on your dialogue options with Quirinus, except the dialogue choice that gives you a stat gain. My first playthrough I got Cenric and decided to start over, since Cenric didn't fit with the stats I want to focus on. My next playthrough, I kept everything the same except for what I said (or didn't say) to Quirinus, and that time I got Varyn, who I was hoping to get.
I don't know how difficult this would be to implement, but I feel like some of the events/quests need to be able to influence certain parts of other ones. For example, after Rahi tells you about how she ended up at the prison, your should be able to tell her exactly what the drug used on her was if you've done Tavi's quests, especially if you allowed Tavi to test the drug on you. Another example is when Nova appears during one of Tavi's quests. She shouldn't be introduced as if it's your first time seeing her if you've interacted with her before.
So if the princess picks the right card, she says something the NPC will like, and if she picks the wrong card, she just says a generic "wrong thing," instead of something related to which incorrect card she picked? If that's the case, and if there are no NPCs that want the lustful cards, why do they even exist? It seems there is 0 reason to take them, even from a roleplaying perspective, because she'll never actually say anything lusty from picking one of those cards.
It's not even really drawing cards I don't have. The Princess is just choosing responses that don't match the drawn cards. For an example: the Princess was invited to one of Filbert's lectures. During his lecture, the cards came up and they were all Lustful (as is the rest of the deck). Despite that, the little gem in the text box was blue, the little pop up notification said "a stranger to the river," and the Princess said to herself, "what is he even talking about? This is turning out to be really boring." Despite having a deck filled only with Lustful cards, I have never seen a Lustful response.
I feel like there's something about the card system that I'm not understanding. The Princess' decisions never match any of the cards that pop up. My deck is entirely filled with Lustful cards (and one Exhibitionist card), and yet her decisions always align with one of the other cards (Cheerful, Thoughtful, etc.), even though those cards aren't even there. I understand that the Princess makes her own decisions, but as far as I know those decisions are supposed to be based on the deck that you "build" for her. Otherwise, the deck has no purpose.
Speaking of achievements, I'm having trouble getting the Devil's Own Luck achievement. I did the method mentioned in the comments here of having her watch the cameras for two days and then picking a place for her to guard, and I got lucky and caught him. However, I didn't get the achievement.
I tried reloading a save I made before I had her look at the cameras, and just had her guard a place that first night. I kept reloading that save and trying again until I got him, and still didn't get the achievement.
Looking at the achievements, it seems that everyone has two routes for them to go down, and based on the "FetishVision," each path seems to line up with one of the facilities (except for "special" characters like employees). I'm assuming this means you can encounter those characters at two of the facilities, and whichever one you interact with them at will lock them into the associated route. Is that correct?
I noticed a bug (heh) with the Vebbeddinner sex scenes. I'm playing as a Greater Slime, and if I have a vagina, I can't select either of the options. If I use Reshape (mid) to switch to a penis, then I'm able to select both of them. This is true for when losing the fight against her, and when talking to her after winning the fight. I don't know if this also affects the other playable races.
I also noticed that the portraits for both male and female spiders seem to be broken.
