Thank you for the feedback! I'm glad to hear you appreciate the news reels, it is truly the only "writing" that was involved in the game (definitely not my best strength). Updates will slow substantially due to the holiday season, however, many updates are still planned for future releases. Once again, thank you!!

This looks solid! In an effort to fortify your motivation and help you foster an indie-dev mindset, I will check back on this from time to time. I am excited to see what you come up with; this design document excites the idle-gamer inside. I, too, started my indie dev journey creating an idle game. Each time I feel ready to move on to the next thing, I dive deeper into a system I've already made and find more to learn. I digress, stay committed!

I would wish you luck, but you don't need it :)

Please, leave a comment with your feedback!

i did it

I love this! Somehow, my brain feels like its actually playing a game. A good second-monitor "adventure" for sure.

this is broken and wont run on the web

Did you enjoy the game?

Cool concept. I found the camera movement and the controls to be rather jarring, and learning how to move around the room took 28 seconds. Overall a cool and well executed concept that needs some polishing.

Hey, all!

I recently published my pre-release build of Fly Swatter - An Idle Game. The game is a free, incremental, clicker game intended to be played on a second monitor. All downloads are free!

This could benefit from some directions. The game is kind of hard to pickup. Cool art, simple gameplay loop. I found the hazards frustrating and impossible to avoid. Not sure if that was intended or not
