Absolutely everything about this is just delightful! The dialogue, the art, the music, the gameplay--it's all just very fun!! Especially like the smaller cute details, like losing a bit of life during a cutscene, and the smaller little facial expressions :) Waiting with bated breath for this game's future!! (<- oh my god i didn't read the full desc i just rushed to the downloads and missed the part about how development wouldn't continue as planned that is 100% my bad)
i died once by accidentally falling into a pit so you KNOW it's good
Thank you so much for playing my game!!
With hindsight this game definitely plays like a VN more than anything else haha, I had just bought RPGMaker and so wanted to take advantage of it, I guess! In any case, I'm really glad you enjoyed it!!
I was going for a more ambiguous ending-type deal since I have some plans to potentially use these characters in different stories, but I definitely see where you're coming from wrt a lackluster ending, and it's definitely something I'll keep in mind for the future!
Thank you so much again for playing :)
Really liked this! The concept behind it feels very fresh and unique, and actually playing it was a lot of fun (even if I was not very good at managing my party's health, haha)
All my party members ended up dying at around 170 seconds but I managed to make it to around 650 seconds by running around in circles LOL, but it eventually got a bit too laggy because I wasn't able to kill anything rip
In any case, really fun, I liked that you could have a little bit of extra strategizing by being given the power to rotate your party members around!
Thank you so much for playing! I'm really happy you enjoyed it :D!! Smiling a ton at the fact actually haha
And yeah, I'm definitely no composer LOL--I'm at least glad it never reached annoying levels at least! And for the different fonts, I didn't even think of that! I normally like to write comics, and I like to keep my lettering consistent there, but in a video game I definitely think I've got more freedom there. Thank you again for playing and for the notes on what could be improved, I really do appreciate it!
I made this game using RPGMaker MV, and normally I like to write the story first! In this case, the entire script was written out and then I designed the levels and put all the dialogue into the appropriate places :)
