Hey just curious, did I mess something up or were the difficulty adjustment items and the cheat menu removed? Can I still use them somehow? Just dont really feel like grinding lizardman lol

I’m having trouble unlocking some of the last few scenes, not the beginning ones that I’m assuming are missable. If there’s no actual walkthrough that someone can point me to, I’m wondering how or if it’s possible to choose the penis shrink injection. I got the second one for laughing at the customer, but I’m curious if that’s the end of the line for penis shrinking and it will always say “why would anyone want to?” or if there is any more content that I just can’t seem to get to. I’m at a few hundred in game days trying all the different things and I can’t seem to unlock any new scenes, or the horse dildo for that matter.
