theres an option to instantly open it from the settings and you do it by hitting tab..theres an annoying mocking skill issue red title if you do it though i think you're meant to get it manually by like beating the game entirely

if you mean that you cant exit neil mode you can..just click the p#ssy out button and it brings you back to the main game.. and you can do neil mode later on

phase 3 is easy the hell are you on also you being able to not use shift and S and space during it is a bug...abeanz will fix it later on..so as the softlock thingy probably

dont worry abeanz will fix the softlock phase 3 thing once he gets his new pc(or will try to)

pretty late but just play it its a separate build so you dont need to do anything

oh yea btw when you get your new pc you should also fix the softlock neil phase 3 beaten thingy...you cant beat neil mode due to it as when you beat neil it softlocks you into the white screen...but still aside from those bugs its a nice debug menu i look forward to you making it more enjoyable and fixing those bugs

how do you get rid of the skill issue title in debug mode..do you have to beat an entire file in the mod without it
