As a tech support contractor, i think this is hilarious and amazing! And potentially useful as a serious/training game. I also love the hilariously named "time waster" mode.
As someone who head read and written instructions for a living, bullet points could help with the "wall-o-text" at the beginning. Also, the potential to reference the instructions while in the play screen might be helpful, or just having the instructions for reference in the description, for now.
I would love to see this fleshed out more (maybe with some more close-ups on the heads, and more different kinds of cords), and will share it with all my tech support friends (especially one who is a trainer for new reps) for the amazing application and giggles. I hope to see this project expand!
