ok, so, warrior mode is definitely possible now and the difficulty slider appears to be functional now.

with the changes to warrior mode the amount of birds a level 1 party can murder has gone to 2! so far; i've played about 20-25 minutes of the new version, and got each person to level 2. i got the first few skills and well, the descriptions aren't great.

stevhen's hydrate skill, tells you nothing about what the skill actually does, nor the fact that it seemingly can't effect them. this led me to waste a fair bit of energy trying to figure out what it does, of which i'm still not completely sure.

drew's deep breath skill never mentions being only usable on him. not so much an issue, but something that i'd recommend addressing.

i'd also consider making some changes when it comes to the shop. i'd recommend added a lower priced healing item, 35 gold, or about half the cheapest armor, is pretty expensive for the first health item you can get your hands on.

having done a few battles now, game appears to run pretty well, you definitely improved balance a fair bit with that update. all and all, pretty good game, plan to play more of it later.

so i've tried the game, my first instinct was to do what i always do in a game, put it on the hardest difficulty. however this makes even the first few fights practically impossible. with the first enemy you can encounter, the bird, only being possible while on warrior mode if you get the one enemy variant as well as good rng.

i then though, "ok, i'll go to normal mode, grind a level, back to the hard mode, simple right?" it is then i learned, the difficulty switch in the settings, is not functional.

i would recommend varying how warrior mode handles enemies stats, lowering how much it boosts their health and maybe speed. i would also recommend making a minimum damage, so stevhon can manage to help her team even at level one.

if  this is made using rpg maker, which i believe it is, you can easily set up a minimum damage by putting your damage equation in () and then adding a value. example: (a.atk - b.def) + 5

neither of said are necessary changes, just a feww examples of how you could balance it, however in it's current state warrior mode is not possible.

map design and art is simple and nice. writing is pretty good. i'll likely give it another shot if/when difficulty gets adjusted. all and all, for the second(?) version of the demo, it's working pretty well.

if the crash gets fixed i'll definitely check it out

cute graphics, adorable fox, i have little idea whats going on and the game keeps crashing like 5 minutes in. (not sure if this is because of a bug or because my computers a bit old)

hey, i'm curious how you made the menu display the way you did (with the achievements and character relations visible on it)

adorable and fun
