I just found another method, seems like it will work for you. Create your asset at just the normal scale, then when importing to UE4, under miscellaneous check the box "convert scene unit". Hope that's what u r looking for

What I have done(and works for me) is to scale all the objects as I work on them on the Forge. after some try and error I have found that scaling them to about 3.0 seems big enough(again, for what I'm working on) and I'm able to manipulate it easily on UE4. So I guess my point is play with the scale directly on the Forge as you are building your assets
