i have completed the church quest and donated to the church to open the wedding ceremony gotten the big bed but this was before it said I could propose to cotton I think there is a bug cause I have done all of the requirements but I can find the rings in grizz shop to propose with I think it wont let you propose if you have completed all the prerequisite before the game segests proposing to your lover
