Hello! To clarify stuff, does "The game developer who purchased the product has the right to use the music in games designed for commercial purposes" means game developer needs to purchase the product(songs) to have permit to use songs in games designed for commercial purposes? Aka downloading it for free does not give developer rights to use them in commercial product, but can be used only as a free sample/demo?

If content creator make monetized stream or make a monetized video for example for youtube from a video game what contains this as soundtrack playing, does content creator must credit Azakaela too?
