ran my first session with this tonight, was my first time being a game master. very good time, very fun and easy system to jump into. awesome stuff :}

OH it's on a timer -- that's extremely clever.

Played through this game and enjoyed it a ton - your writing is incredibly fun, and you get brought along the story in a very easy and charming way. 

In my first playthrough I did an option to say at home "sick" and it never showed up again! Was that a random chance encounter, or a glitch?

Soft is a very gentle and dream-like experience that does lean to the cutesy-random. I enjoyed the love put into the game and the energy you end up creating for yourself as you play it, and the self care/irl tasks throughout it are very sweet. 

While I don't think it's something I see myself coming back to a lot, I will definitely be thinking of the experience of having played it at all for a while.
