My friend, the Nutaku version of HCR contains the PC + Android APK as well. Just unzip the main file and you'll find a folder with the .apk file in it and you're ready to go! Otherwise, you can contact their support and ask the platform directly: https://www.nutaku.net/support/ . As for the Google Play Card, I guess they just work on Google Playstore.
