Hmmm is your RAM getting eaten up by other stuff too or is it the only thing open?
everything is in order, I can't really pin point what's wrong on my end, unless it's necessary to have win 11 and not 10?

Interesting, i did a clean reinstall of win10 and now its fixed :V i guess there may have been a missed update somewhere... sorry for the false report.
