Hey all! I wanted to share some resources to my fellow developers which may be helpful for this jam.

First of all, introduce yourself on Discord and ask for feedback and support if you need it: https://discord.gg/9X4MMfH

As you may know, it is perfectly acceptable to use free assets so long as you have permission to do so. Below you will find various resources with permissive licences for your use in this jam!

Hey everyone, I'm Devynn from Echo Blue Music - second link under Music and Sound Effects. I'm always looking for suggestions to expand my library, so if you can't find what you need on echobluemusic.com, let me know what you need and I'll see what I can do. You guys only have 6 days left so let me know ASAP if you have any suggestions! I'm psyched to see what games you guys come up with!

Thanks! Just used one of your ambient pieces for my entry. Excellent work!

That's awesome! I'm building a portfolio that features everyone that uses any Echo Blue Music. Do you think I can get a link so I can't put it up on the portfolio page on echobluemusic.com? Besides, I'm always curious to see what devs do with my music and/or effects. It helps  me think of other sounds and music I could create!

Thanks for the ambiance!

My suggestion: It is really hard to find good sound effects for a UI that match together as well as offer everything a game needs for a UI (positive button click, negative button click, dialog open/close and so on).

Yeah, that's what I've been hearing for the last couple of weeks - interactive sounds some devs call them. I, not being a game developer myself, thought guns and explosions would take the day, but not so apparently. I've got to loop the rest of the music on echobluemusic.com. Then my next task it to create a plethora of high quality interactive sound effects. I'll let everyone know when I have them up. Thanks for the suggestions and keep them coming!
