not exactly modding. Just patching an xdelta file. Modding would be opening Pizza Tower in Undertale Mod Tool and editing a few things, whether it be Sprites, Code, and whatnot. Frankly, I don’t think Pluto even knows about GML.
no i mean on plutos page he has pizza tower mods and if you download them you dont need to use the xdelta file.

Yeah, to install a mod you just patch an xdelta file onto a vanilla, unmodified game file. Pluto only installs mods and packages it for anyone else, whether they bought pt or not, to download. Pluto helps pirates.
