Theres a vibrator wand item. You can also use the dildo bat (or the blade of fla’peh) as those are teasing weapons.
Also, I forget if theres an indicator (if not I need to add one) but weapons like the feather, ice cube, crop, etc, are also teasing. Any tickle spell should be able to do it too (like tickle cloud)
