Yes that is correct but whilst XBVR has generated video previews and they are displaying in DeoVR (via XBVR api), for some reason they do not display when using Heresphere (via XBVR api) - so this doesn't seem to be an XBVR issue.

Any ideas of something I could do in Heresphere to rectify this?

Not sure, most likely is something the xbvr devs have to fix. HereSphere just displays the info that xbvr provides, so if they're not providing video previews with the HereSphere web API, then HereSphere can't display it. Maybe they're doing something different with the DeoVR API.
