What about to add an expensive device that can provide to player root command panel handle from anywhere? Or is it too imbalance?
while this would have its uses, i feel like it should be on the cheap side due to how close you usually are to a satellite which contains a satellite console (works the same as root console except for satellite hashes).
But you can target on any satellite or generator anywhere and you don't need come back to the base or go to satellite and get upstairs.
