I need help my setting will not change no matter what I do and whenever I go to tutorial it will be a black screen, I have heard some people say to delete everything in "data.sav" but I am unable to find the file.

Um, it's a little more complicated than that. You won't be able to find these files until you show the "system files" (on the Internet, see how to do it). You will have an AppData folder in your "Users" folder and you will find everything there yourself already.
I figured out what your problem is, I had it too and it really will help.
