This is a nice time / resource management game with a good use of the theme. It took some time to geht use to the controls, especially the scoop (I thought the scoop can interact directly with the soup). So, a small tutorial would be helpful. But, however this is a very nice entry!
By the way, I know this jam is not about art but the style of the game great!!
