Just reset events and objects, and followed the instructions, now all of the trash that I sold is back, the items I had around are gone and so is kerfus. Anything I can do, or is my save gone.
I gave up trying to get my save back, so I just reset to day 1 on my save since all the trash is back, then sold all the trash again to buy kerfus, took a while but things were much easier since I kept my computer upgrades.
reset does, in fact, reset stuff, unfortunately. Before using reset you should put any items of value you can carry in the mailbox (which doesn't get reset), loose large objects like kerfus, the wood chipper, the TV, containers, decor, etc. will be lost no matter what you do :\
