Hello, these screens are essentially identical. "Sign Up" is for creating an account if there is no existing information, while "Sign In" is for those who already have an account. Have you already created an account already?
I did, but the game told me the account already exists
Edit: Found the issue- I was entering the wrong password. I may have done some spelling errors while registering. Woops...
